Flying
If you’re flying into Chicago, you can get downtown by taxi or by train (the ‘L’). A taxi will cost anywhere between $35-$50, depending on the time of day, and the ‘L’ is $3 one way. The ‘L’ terminal is located inside both airports. If you’re taking it from O’Hare, take the Blue Line towards Forest Park, get off after about 45 minutes at the Monroe stop and walk four blocks to the Academy. If you’re coming in from Midway, take the Orange Line towards the Loop and get off after about 35 minutes vat the Wabash/Madison stop and walk one block to the Academy.

Driving
If you are driving to the Academy, we have found what we think is the most convenient parking option. Two blocks from the Academy (one block west and one block north) is Black and White Valet. It is located at the NW corner of Wabash and Washington. You can valet your car there (pull over to the left in front of Staples) and pay $15 for the whole day as long as you are out by 8pm. We like these guys because you can call them 5 minutes before you need your car and they will have it ready for you when you get there.
BTC, the Academy is located on the second floor of 8 South Michigan Avenue, right on the corner of Michigan and Madison, in Chicago. It shares the space with Fuga Centro salon, so you won't see any BTC signage from the outside. Just enter the revolving doors and take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor.
If you’re coming in from out of town, you’ll probably need a place to stay! Here’s a selection of great hotels all within a few blocks of the Academy.
