With the recent acquisition of the Miss Universe Organization by WME | IMG, Farouk Systems USA proudly re-instates its support
CEO & President of Farouk Systems USA Basim Shami proudly announces the company’s newly-formed business relationship with WME|IMG for the upcoming 64th Annual Miss Universe Pageant.
On September 14, 2015, WME | IMG fully acquired the Miss Universe Organization as well as Miss USA and Miss Teen USA. This acquisition expands their portfolio of global events and media properties across entertainment and fashion. Their roster includes more than 20 fashion weeks per year in cities including New York, Berlin and Sydney; original lifestyle productions including this year's "Macy's Presents Fashion's Front Row" at Madison Square Garden; and global lifestyle festivals including Taste Festivals and Lollapalooza. IMG has served as executive producers of both Miss Universe and Miss USA pageants in the past.
Farouk Systems’ collaboration with WME | IMG will bring additional opportunities for these young women to live out their dreams and aspirations to become role models, spokespersons and community leaders. The 2015 pageant will air live on FOX December 20 at Las Vegas’s Planet Hollywood, with more than 80 contestants from around the world aspiring to compete for the title.

Since November 30, Farouk Systems hairdressers have been helping the contestants with their preliminary competitions, dress rehearsals and the live broadcasts. They will provide each girl with full service hair care and products from their CHI Haircare Line.
