“The 1967 French film Belle de Jour originally influenced my collection, but I was also inspired by the autumn/winter catwalk trends for 2012. I wanted to mix bold with luxury by using a variety of sleek buns and rolls…I wanted this collection to be seductive and mysterious with a strong silhouette.”—Tina Farey
