Davines’ roots have always been firmly planted in their commitment to the environment. To uphold this commitment, they have decided to partner with the Slow Food Foundation for Biodiversity through its Presidia Project, which helps preserve artisan food production by encouraging local consumption, promoting artisan products and, above all, guaranteeing a future for traditional foods.

Through this project, Davines will help support local agricultural economies and prevent the extinction of artisanal traditions. Each product in the Essential Haircare line contains one specific active ingredient from a Slow Food Presidium and the name, face and story of the person who grew it.
