Automated Marketing Messages for Hairstyling Clients
With Connect, you can set up marketing messages that will automatically be sent to your clients based on different triggers. It’s great for stylists who want to “set-it-and-forget-it”. Currently, Stylie offers five automated triggers:



  • Welcome: An email that will go to new clients who schedule time with you.

  • Birthday: Show your client you care and maybe give a special offer.

  • Has not been in for X days: An email to remind clients to schedule time with you when they haven’t been in for a while.

  • Spent X($) in Y days: An email to show appreciation for clients spending money with you.

  • Referral: An email to thank clients for sending business your way.

Schedule Promotional Texts and Emails
Connect also allows you to send promotional emails and text messages to your clients. These are great for sending timely communications to clients when you’re trying to get more business in the door or re-engage with old clients.

In your Stylie dashboard, you can select “Add Email” or “Add Text”, and then start creating your communication. First name the message, add a subject line (emails only) and write the message you wish to send. You can choose to send it to your whole list or send it to specific clients that match specific filters. Currently, Stylie offers four filters:



  • Age: This filter is great for age-specific considerations, like prom.

  • First visit: Send a message to a first-time client to add value to their experience.

  • Gender: Offer a special on men’s haircuts or women’s color.

  • Last visit: Send messgaes to your clients who haven’t been in for awhile.

After you’ve sent the filter or chosen to send it to your whole list, you will then see how many clients that particular message will be sent to based on the filter. Then, you can schedule your message for a specific date and time. You will see the scheduled email or text in the dashboard and StylieOne takes care of the rest.
