These low-ammonia toners produce a soft, pastel color result on pre-lightened (global or highlighted) hair in up to 10 minutes!
LUO™COLOR PASTELS have a very low-ammonia content and are specifically formulated for depositing tone on pre-lightened hair and are ideal for blending highlights with the existing base. LUO™COLOR PASTELS are also great for neutralizing double-process blondes!

- Ionène G: a conditioning polymer that works to protect, restore and condition the hair fiber from the core to the surface.
- Chromophores: light-reflecting polymers that absorb and reflect light at the surface of the hair providing a multi-reflective result.
- Grapeseed Oil: nourishes the surface of the hair during the coloring process, providing superior conditioning and shine.
