  Divide panel A into diagonal sections, cutting the hair to angle it upward slightly. Make each section a little higher so the hair is graduated.

  Join panel F and panel D. Then create a circular section in panel G, perpendicular to the base, beginning at about a 45-degree angle. Increase the angle for each subsequent section. Join with panel C.
