FORMULA:
Prelighten: Wella Blondor
Cellophanes in foil packet and at base: 98% Champagne Blonde* + 2% Cranberry Red
Cellophanes in between foil packets: Ice Blonde
Cellophanes on ends: Sapphire Blue

Prelighten with Wella Blondor.

3 On dry, cleansed hair, apply Cellophanes blend of Champagne Blonde and Cranberry Red Cellophanes at the base and comb through to create a transitional effect. Then, taking horizontal sections throughout the head, apply in a layered foil packet.
