| Hello
Everyone— We love stirring things up in the beauty biz and it looks like we did it again. Last week we spotted an article about a student who was being sued by his cosmetology school for dissing the place on Facebook, and we asked you what you thought. Then we sat back and watched as passionate BTC members posted comment after comment about the issue. Most of you feel that the guy has every right to say what he wants to say (First Amendment anyone?) but several of you wonder if it’s prudent to defame anyone like that in public. While the jury is still out, BTC members have spoken and regardless of who’s right and who’s wrong, we’re thrilled to know that our members are the most involved, engaged and feisty folks in the entire beauty industry! -Mary |
