Do Hues
Ideally, bridal color consultations should be scheduled three
months before the event. That gives you plenty of time to ease
into big changes and avoid freak-outs. Use photos to make sure
you’re both on the same page color-wise. Design the color
to work with her bridal hairstyle. In most cases, it’s
best to recommend classic color—the hue will be captured
on film for eternity and she may regret those chunky pink highlights
10 or 20 years from now! Finally, even if she’s color-shy,
a few highlights or a shine-enhancing color gloss will make
her hair look extra gorgeous in her wedding day photos!
