Blonde We love marshmallows in our s'mores, our Easter Peeps and our high profile blondes. To re-create the delicate, marshmallow hue of country sensation Taylor Swift, says NAHA finalist and Goldwell North American Guest Artist John Simpson, alternate three formulas in a traditional highlight pattern. Simpson’s choices would be a lightener with 20-volume; a lightener with 10-volume and a high-lift, gold/neutral blonde with 30-volume. After processing, he recommends applying a Level 9 neutral blonde demi-permanent to produce “great dimension” and shine.
