That means no gossip, story swapping and especially no negative comments about clients or co-workers or the state of the world or the economy. If an owner or manager, or even a colleague, catches wind of any type of inappropriate chatter, it’s best to quietly and immediately take the offender aside, remind her of the rules and redirect the conversation.
