| Featured Stylist Program When the name on the door is Arrojo, clients will come. But like most high-profile owners, Nick only has two hands, so it’s important to build all of the stylists in the salon. Arrojo Studio’s Featured Stylist of the Week program does just that. Each week, the salon offers a 25% discount with a spotlighted young stylist, blasting the offer via email to the client data base and posting the offer on the salon’s Facebook page. The e-offer links to the company’s website where clients can “meet” the featured stylist online and check out his or her photo and bio.
