Why is it that you can have so many happy clients & still just one person can bring you down? Am i the only one this happens to?

Debbie Downer

There are people that can do this naturally. One I have I'll call Debbie Downer. Is always 30 minutes late, there's always something wrong about the salon or people aren't grateful for her business.

When talking, don't agree or disagree. Just be ambivalent and say nothing. Change the subject to something unrelated.

Last time I did her I got to the last foil and realized that the activator hadn't properly blended into the lightener and was clumped up at the bottom of the bowl- meaning that she'd have to sit for over a half hour longer...

The less you interact with negativity the less you have to forget.
