Some or all of your hours can be transferred to another state. You will need to have your school send an official transcript to a school in the other state.
or if you are licensed contact the Texas State board and see what they require . NC has NIC testing so if you have passed both the written and practical exams you may be able to get a Texas license by just paying the fee.
