Wella issues

I am having a hard time with Wella sticking to pre-lightened hair, for both lowlights and corrective, any suggestions?

I have a couple of formulas for you - these are from my master colourist class through wella. These are koleston perfect, and mixed equal parts with the koleston pastel developer.
Cool lowlights - 1/2 oz each 66/0, 6/74 and 6/75
Neutral lowlights - 1/2 oz each 66/0 and 6/74
If you're doing a correction, are you filling? With the wella colour touch, you can use the "mix and more" shades, using the 1.9% developer in equal parts to the colour. To fill to a level 7 or lower, use 0/34. Apply for 10 to 15 minutes, wipe off the excess (DO NOT RINSE), and apply the desired shade overtop of the filler. If you use the koleston perfect super mixes, a level 7 is 1/2 0/33 and 1/2 0/43. Level 6 and lower is 0/43. Koleston super mixes are mixed with equal parts of warm water, and the application is the same as before. At least this way you don't have to rinse and dry between filling and colouring.
Hope this helps.
