Client with Solar Keratoses

I had a client come in today with Solar Keratoses, should I have turned away the service? She did not know what it was, but I was slightly familiar with the symptoms but i have no idea if i should have turned her away or not

Was it on her scalp? What service did you perform? How big was it that you noticed it but she did not?
They are not contagious. These are sun damaged areas,and if left untreated, can turn into cancer.

it was on her scalp, i did a haircut/blowdry. She knew about it, it was 2 huge patches. She said she had gotten perms with it on her scalp, I told her I would not perform any chemical services with her scalp like that. She said she had never been to the doctor for it and it had been there over a year (why you wouldnt see a doctor i have no idea)
