There is a salon Ulta that just opened up near me, and I was just wondering if they were great to work for as a beginning stylist. has anyone on her ever worked for them? i wonder how their education program is? do they have a black and white dress code and what is the commission scale?

the assistant job is going ok, but i wanted to try to work at Ulta part time to make a litte extra money. plus you only have to work 30 hours there to ger benefits i heard:-)
