can you change coworkers attitude?
Posted: Saturday, October 24, 2009 10:31:11 PM

There are several nice people I work with in this new job I have, but just as many who  are rude and unprofessional.  One of my other co-workers and I wonder if we can help create a fresh attitude and help curb the drama and back biting in time by being professional and upbeat. Are we naive? Can it be done without a faceoff with the "mean" ones. The owner is not present much and I beleive not effective in a leadship role.

i think you are right to want to be professional and upbeat! don't expect to change anyone else's attitude though.just try to do your own thing, and not to be involved in the negativity.
