feeling stuck and wanting more...

Stuck in my job and going nowhere fast. I work in a kids a kids salon. It was a great place to learn the basics and be more comfortable with cutting hair but I can only make so much money here and learn so much. How do I get a job somewhere where 7ill be trained in color and better. Cutting techniques? I live in AZ any help would be much appreciated.
