I recently quit my first salon job that i got right out of beauty school. This place was a chain that for the most part i liked however i found out that i was being trashed no suprise in a salon right. But it was by the manager who hired me then after a management change thins were going so much better till. The people who owned the place who arent cosmos decided i was such a shitty employee. Keep in mind i had been out fo school a few months and the clinets didnt like that, so we made up a story about my experience.I just starting getting in trouble for the dumbest stuff it got to the point that the idea of walking on to the floor made me want to cry. Well my husband and i decided enough was enough and i quit. Its been a few months now and i not working in the indusrty. Any one please have any thoughts or words of wisdom im really discouraged....
