okay, my boss had us take a class on the juvinex the best straightening, and the instructor told me to iron more than 3xs until it appears like glass, sometimes up to 8 passes. my boss it telling me im wrong.
we also have the juvinex hair tamer straighening and she told me we only pass the iron 2-3 times and the teacher told me 4-5 times. whos right here? please help me

Is the instructor a rep for the product? If so, the instructor is right. Try leting oyur boss know maybe the formula or method has changed because oyu were told XXXX by a company rep. If your boss refuses to see he or she is wrong, chalk it up to experience and just shut it. It's unlikely he or she will be right behind you as you flatiron anyhow. ;-)
