serious... i need advice
Posted: Saturday, November 18, 2006 11:13:00 AM

My family owns two salons and tensions are high in one of them. there is a lot of people talking about eachother behind there backs and it is starting to catch up to them.  i was wondering if any of you have encountered something like this and what was done to resolve it. any advice would be appreciated. thanks

MEETING! Clear the air. Don't warn them and get adrenaline pumping, just call the meeting and put it all out on the table. Ask whats the problem, make notes and decide how to resolve it after the meeting after you absorbed it all and had time to think it through.

Worked in a Salon SPa with 18 to 25 people. Wow was that a lot of hormone to deal with. Good luck. Some people will feel better, some won't say a word, some will stir the pot, and some will roll with whatever.
