This technique is a wonderful tool that can be used for a variety of haircolor challenges.  High low lighting can be used for toning down a highlighting that has become too blonde, it can also be used for aiding a client in growing out gradually from an undesirable haircolor.  One of the big advantages of this technique is for a variety of corrective haircolor.  It shows the advantage of using the no fold technique for doing high low lighting.  This DVD is a must see technique if you want to be a complete haircolorist.
